In the past, I used Org Mode to fill these pages with life. For new content, I've since migrated to markdown, because I never got used to the weird way that links have to be formatted in Org mode. Org is older than Markdown, has only a single flavour and built into Emacs.

syntax, you have to insert a Zero Width Space as an Escape Character in front of the
literal =C-x 8 <RET> zero width space <RET>
